| You may order a duplicate up to 30 days - FREE. After 30 days, there is a $10.00 charge for a duplicate |
| If you need a duplicate certificate you must contact the office. We must, by State regulations, require certain documentation and a mandatory $10.00 State Fee before a duplicate can be requested. There are certain questions that must be asked, required by State Law, to determine your request in order to get document to you as quickly as possible. |
