FAQ:  What Type of driving record will I receive? A. You will receive a Texas State certified 3A driving record that is acceptable for the defensive driving course and Texas Courts.  This record goes back at least 5 years and lists all traffic and moving violations
  If I choose overnight delivery, do I need to be at home to accept delivery? No, a signature is not required on express or overnight deliveries.  If you are not home, the package wil be left at your doorstep.  
  Can I get a refund?  No. Once payment is made and the DR-1 form is completed, the record will automatically be processed.  Therefore, we cannot offer refunds.  If you make payment but do not complete the form you can receive a refund MINUS a $3 service charge.
